A narrow beach set deep between two rock walls, the third stop on the trail from Barra de Guaratiba past Perigoso and Meio. The walls keep the wind off, and the sea here is a little calmer than its neighbours, though still not a beach to swim alone. Allow an hour of walking each way, and start early.
