Copacabana sunrise run

Easy 5k on the boardwalk while the sun comes up over the water. Runners and filmers both welcome, pace is social.

Sunrise over Copacabana is the cheapest production value in Rio. We meet at the Posto 5 kiosk at 6:30 and run the boardwalk to the fort and back, about 5k.

Pace is conversational. Some people run with a gimbal, some just run. Both are fine.

Coffee at the kiosk after for whoever stays.
